My time was good. The check-in was efficient, a smiling team handled it. The pool activities were joyful. Dining at the all-day restaurant was a delight, it offered a variety of foods.
The room card didn't work always, it was sometimes annoying.

I am grateful for the staff's attentiveness. lioura at the reception provided a free upgrade. the alexander dinner was a highlight. Samar shaaban and mr badr were helpful and friendly. i had one of the best experiences in a hotel restaurant. It was a great pleasure.
The wifi was not what i expected from a top-tier hotel. It needs improvement. the coffee served at breakfast seemed like it was made with nescafé. espresso also tasted as if it was made from nescafé.
