poor ventilation fixed temperature

the location was great for walking around the city and exploring. the staff was friendly and helpful, appreciated.

the room i booked was sold as beautiful, but it felt small. the bathroom lacked ventilation, a real inconvenience (i even tried opening a window, but it barely budged!). the temperature was stuck at 24°c, not ideal for sleeping comfortably.

The room was clean! The front desk staff was excellent, and they spoke fluent English. I stayed five nights and needed help with restaurant reservations and train connections. The staff were really good too answer my needs.

The room window could only be opened partially! I could hear people in the corridor from my room. The room was sold as beautiful, but it was small. The bathroom had no ventilation.

The room overlooked the port. The windows in the main room afforded great views. Extra touches included bottled water, snacks, coffee, and tea. Bathroom products were nice. i ate dinner in the dining room. It was a delicious meal with attentive staff.
