an really good stay
lovely staff comfortable bed really good breakfast
the reception staff was lovely.. they were very helpful . the bedding felt amazing, and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was fantastic, especially the selection available in the dining room.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the ferries for easy access. The rooftop restaurant offered fantastic dinners with fine views. The breakfast buffet included gluten-free options and a barista for custom coffee. I found the staff consistently helpful throughout my stay.
The room's air conditioning was a bit too effective. I would have appreciated slightly warmer temperature control.

the breakfast was good and offered various options. the location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions and transport links.
the shower was very small , and quite uncomfortable. there was constant noise from the ferry engines nearby , even with the windows closed.

the room had a view of the port i saw the sunset from my window
the shower was very small and narrow i found it quite uncomfortable there was also constant noise from boat engines making it difficult to leave the windows open even slightly the tv offered very few channel options

stocked minibar sea sunset friendly staff
my room featured a stocked mini bar with essential toiletries in good sizes. the windows provided views of the port with sea sunsets. i could also see the castle from my room windows. the hotel staff was friendly
i noticed the hotel is on a hill. it may pose challenges if you have mobility issues. this aspect might affect overall convenience. i think they could improve that

lovely harbour view
tasteful rooms grand lobby helpful staff
the hotel had tastefully decorated rooms i loved the lobby it felt grand the restaurant had a good selection of food i enjoyed the harbour view from my room. the staff were also very nice they were always helpful and smiling. the room was bright it was also very comfortable to stay in.
the hotel sits on a hill this could pose an issue with mobility difficulties it is something to consider.

the staff greeted me with warmth and politeness throughout my stay i found them very attentive to all my needs the level of service was really good. their kindness enhanced my overall experience a lot.
