the room keys NEVER worked! it was SO frustrating. The staff often seemed annoyed when I asked for help. The drink prices felt HIGH.
The staff was friendly and ready to help us with anything we asked for. The breakfast was great and had numerous options. The hotel was exactly in the center.
Check-in was a little slow! considering I had already completed online check-in. The 'free welcome drink' was not available as the restaurant was closed downstairs. The minibar is a complete rip-off however.

The breakfast was great (especially the selection of fresh fruit). The rooftop restaurant has lovely views of the area. Staff were helpful and always available. The location is very central. Many attractions are within walking distance.
The gym is a bit small and has limited equipment.
