the staff were attentive, they ensured check-in went smoothly. the rooms were spacious and clean , with a welcome respite after a day of sightseeing.

amazing view and great service

amazing breakfast helpful staff

the location offered superb views of the grand egyptian museum from my room. i found breakfast amazing with lots of choice. bedrooms were spacious and of a high standard. i found the staff pleasant and very helpful.

i booked two nights to facilitate visits to the gem and giza pyramids. to reach the gem which is only 300 meters from the hotel, i needed a taxi costing 25 euros for a six minute ride. i think i should have received notice of this.

deficient sealing unkempt appearance

the pool was a good size.

The condition of the room was substandard. I observed grime on the carpet and a generally unkempt appearance. furthermore, the shower's sealing was deficient, and water escaped onto the bathroom floor, causing it to flood. even the shower gel dispenser was empty upon my arrival, and i was forced to request a refill.

unclean carpets misplaced jacket

The staff members were smiling and helpful. I especially appreciated the dining team's positive attitude and assistance.

The hotel showed a need for better upkeep. The room's carpets were not vacuumed. My jacket was misplaced, and I found it only after requesting a camera check. This left a negative impression .
