the location was central. everything was within walking distance. the staff at the front desk and in the dining area were very kind.
the room window faced a wall. there was no sunlight coming into the room. i moved to a room with a proper window after 3 days!

the location was central and accessible, i appreciate that.
the room was smaller than i had expected and the air CONDITIONING didn't work properly. it took two days for staff to address THE issue, and during that time, the high temperature outside made the room very uncomfortable. it really affected my sleep and ability to relax in THE room.

I found several issues. The room was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I also noticed a large amount of dust on the bedside tables.

The room felt quite cramped. The bathroom was particularly small. acoustic insulation seemed inadequate, i could hear neighbors easily. noise from the street disturbed my sleep. the air conditioning was not functioning properly for two days.

I really liked this spot! the location was super convenient, close to lots of things. the breakfast staff were really friendly. That's always nice. also, a supermarket is right next to the hotel. so handy!
