central location dining area room window lack of sunlight
the location was central. everything was within walking distance. the staff at the front desk and in the dining area were very kind.
the room window faced a wall. there was no sunlight coming into the room. i moved to a room with a proper window after 3 days!

small room air conditioning
the location was central and accessible, i appreciate that.
the room was smaller than i had expected and the air CONDITIONING didn't work properly. it took two days for staff to address THE issue, and during that time, the high temperature outside made the room very uncomfortable. it really affected my sleep and ability to relax in THE room.

the breakfast offered SO MUCH variety. i found fresh pastries and delicious coffee available EVERY morning. the staff was always attentive, ensuring i had everything i needed to start my day right.
the street noise was quite noticeable at times. i found it challenging to sleep through the evening WITH the windows open. the elevator was also a bit slow.

The included breakfast offered a great selection of sweet and savory items, freshly made each day. The serving staff was attentive.
I found several issues. The room was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I also noticed a large amount of dust on the bedside tables.

the breakfast offered sufficient choices, meeting basic expectations.
The room felt quite cramped. The bathroom was particularly small. acoustic insulation seemed inadequate, i could hear neighbors easily. noise from the street disturbed my sleep. the air conditioning was not functioning properly for two days.

convenient location friendly staff handy supermarket excellent location
I really liked this spot! the location was super convenient, close to lots of things. the breakfast staff were really friendly. That's always nice. also, a supermarket is right next to the hotel. so handy!
the walls seemed a bit thin, i could hear some noise from the hallway.

great location nice rooftop amazing breakfast
location was great close to the square and train station. breakfast was amazing. rooftop was nice too. i had to leave early one morning, and they served me breakfast before i left on my excursion.
