serene escape
spacious room comfortable bed amazing views attentive staff
i found my 'classic double room balcony sea view' spacious. the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. the balcony offered amazing views from the restaurant and bar. breakfast was great (especially the pastries!).
the hotel didn't properly explain how to use the facilities (the dock allows swimming).

underwhelming experience
dirty path insufficient shower gel
the breakfast was acceptable.
The staff did not explain how to access the bathing facilities. the path to the bathing area was dirty. the shower gel bottles were not full. I had to ask for more constantly.

Really good Service and Fine Views
attentive staff front desk beach club
The staff was attentive. The front desk staff assisted me when I left a blouse at a beach club. They called the club and arranged for the blouse to be returned to the hotel (that was a relief!).

The room was beautiful and included authentic Italian tiles (nice detail!). The terrace gave lovely views of the town. It also overlooked Mount Vesuvius, amazing.

Breakfast was served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the bay. The breakfast selection was varied. The restaurant staff greeted us with a smile and checked on our plans (very friendly!).
