the staff provided a complimentary shuttle service to and from the port. i received a suite upgrade with sea and sunset views upon arrival! the hotel is near anacapri center, bus stops, the cable car, and the san michele museum. the late check-out time at noon allowed for extended exploration.

the location offered convenient access to capri by bus. my room was spacious and featured tea and coffee facilities. the jacuzzi in the bathroom was a real plus. breakfast was simple and satisfying.

i found the pool area was a bit noisy at times.

the breakfast was fine, a big spread of options was available.

the room was not great. it really didnt look like those pictures online. the bathroom felt really small and the shower curtain was not good, water went everywhere. i really wish it was better.

I appreciated the provided shuttle to and from the pier upon arrival and departure. the room presented a nice view. the location proved convenient. breakfast was great. I enjoyed overlooking the ocean each morning.

the gym was quite small, limiting workout options. i wished for a bit more space there.

i liked the shuttle service. it provides transportation to the ferry, and saved me time. the team was courteous and addressed all requests. i was given a sea view room, so i had views of the Bay of Naples. the location was close to the bus stop and restaurants.

the pool required an extra fee for sunbeds. this was a slight annoyance, but i managed.

The breakfast buffet included many options. I liked it. our room faced the sea and had excellent views. staff provided helpful suggestions for local sightseeing. the hotel gave us transport to the port when we left.

the pool area required an EIGHT euros fee to rent lounge chairs.
