The hotel offers a swimming pool, sauna, luggage storage, and a kids play area. The gym had many machines and different weights, offering a solid workout. The monorail station to Palm Jumeirah is a 5-minute walk.

The hotel is great for long walks in the evening in the Media City Park. It is a 25-minute walk to Marina Mall area. Alternatively, you can take a tram just outside the hotel. The monorail station is close.

The two-bedroom suite was spacious, suitable for my family.
I encountered an issue with the bathroom water temperature. It alternated between too hot and too cold. Technicians visited multiple times over several days, wasting about half a day each time, yet the issue was only temporarily fixed. I could not enjoy a decent shower .

i loved the spacious apartment. it was modern and had three bedrooms, specious for my whole family. the restaurant staff was fantastic. ashan took care of us during our whole stay and deserve kudos.
the breakfast had a very high price. the invoice was complicated. i noticed traffic noise when i was outside or at the pool.

The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. the hotel features a kids zone. Lorie, who works there is very kind. luggage storage is available, and the manager ensured our belongings were kept safe and secure.

The pool area was a mess. Some tiles around the pool were damaged and SHARP. There was also black mold on the grout throughout the pool area, including the baby pool, this was concerning.

the room included a functional kitchen. it also featured a washing machine. these amenities supported a longer stay. staff helped us to freshen up after our early arrival.
the tram caused some time loss getting to the center.
