Excellent stay Near Mall of Emirates

I appreciated the proximity to the Mall of the Emirates. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Check-in was quick and efficient, even though it was late. Kabeer on staff was always available and very helpful with our requests. I am grateful for his kindness.
The gym lacked towels. I had to use the same towel from my room.

The hotel is modern and always very clean. The accommodation had everything I needed for my stay, like a washing machine which helps a lot. Its proximity to the Mall of the Emirates is great.

The staff are respectful and friendly (shagor from housekeeping was especially helpful). The reception team assisted us kindly. They are very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service.

There is a supermarket near the Mall of Emirates. You can purchase groceries or prepared food there. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, toaster and tableware. Tea, coffee and water were replenished daily.

the location is really convenient, being within walking distance of the mall of emirates! the staff was very kind and helpful . i especially appreciated johurul's great job taking care of my room every day. it made my experience quite comfortable
The gym lacked towels and water, a bit inconvenient. I expected these amenities to be readily available. it would have been more convenient to have these on hand! especially after a workout

The staff at the reception were cooperative, especially hamad and shahzad. They were always available to assist with any inquiries. the bell boy was also very helpful and efficient with luggage handling. housekeeping staff, including hasnat, ensured the room was consistently clean.

the location is near metro and bus stations. shopping centers and food restaurants are also close. i liked that the hotel is clean and the staff is nice! hotel management seems considerate too. my stay lasted a few days.
