great assistance nice shower spacious room low wi-fi missing hand rails difficult access

the staff provided great assistance. they readily delivered everything needed. my room was spacious. it was equipped with a nice shower.

the wi-fi signal was quite low. i had some trouble connecting. there were no hand rails at the hotel entrance steps. this could be difficult for the elderly.

the staff was helpful i was able to arrange tours with them at reasonable prices

the room assigned to me upon arrival did not align with my expectations it had sealed windows i could not open the window the bathroom fixtures showed age additionally the wifi signal was not stable throughout my stay the breakfast lacked variety i consider this substandard

clean room comfortable room faulty wi-fi first room

The hotel placed near the pyramids. The roof terrace has a good restaurant. My superior double room was very comfy and tidy, this i liked very much.

The first room given to me did not meet expectations. THE wi-fi did not work. These inconveniences.
