The housekeeping team on the 6th floor was helpful. Ms. Abeer from guest relations assisted in making my stay more comfortable. The gym was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The heated pool offered a nice view of the Nile, and the pool bar menu provided tasty options.
i found the carpet in the lounge was not to have been cleaned recently.

My room included comfortable bedding and enough space. The climate control worked well, and i liked the modern decor. The blackout curtains were effective at blocking sunlight ensuring restful sleep.

the room felt quite cramped, especially the bathroom. the toilet placement was awkward, and the small size made it uncomfortable. plus, the building seemed old and not renovated, surprising for the brand..
