mixed feelings on the room condition and services

inconsistent temperatureunfriendly staff

My room was less than satisfactory. the shower had inconsistent water temperatures. It would fluctuate from hot to cold. the uneven bathroom floor caused water to pool after showering. i also found the reception staff to be quite unfriendly during check in.

the hotel's proximity to the airport offered GREAT convenience , and shuttle services operated hourly. i noticed several shops inside the hotel , along with a well-kept bar. the room service team was attentive , and the reception staff proved friendly throughout my stay.

the hotel lacked some soundproofing , so i heard a little external noise.
