the breakfast buffet was really great. it had multiple options that were local and international. i also enjoyed the live piano music played in the lobby. the location was good, and it was right next to the egyptian museum, so walking there was easy.
the bedroom carpet was not clean. the shower tiles also looked dirty. there was constant traffic noise that disturbs sleep. i was on the 9th floor and had to keep the balcony door shut as traffic noise was too loud.

I found the service inconsistent. my request for extra towels was delayed, it took over an hour! also, the promised wake-up call never came, it caused me to miss an important meeting. these failures indicate a lack of attention to detail and communication. It impacted my schedule negatively.

Doaa and yousra at the front desk were very warm each morning. amany stood out. She surprised us with special cocktails and juices. the food quality was good and the staff's attention to detail made it nice.
the hotel seemed a bit overpriced. compared to european hotels, i felt it was not quite worth the cost.

the room was clean. the breakfast had many options, local and international. the executive lounge on the 29th floor had great meals daily from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
the hotel is old and in need of a refurb. the bedroom carpet was filthy. i needed to keep the balcony door shut because traffic noise was too loud.
