I spoke with mariem and mohammed. They were very nice. i enjoyed the food. the services are great and i appreciated the general environment. everything was very tidy. the swimming pools are beautiful.
Sometimes, it took a while to get assistance. It was not the fastest service.

the room had a comfortable bed with soft pillows and a large screen tv. a spacious work desk was also available with conveniently located power outlets. housekeeping kept everything very tidy .

the breakfast at the straight kitchen was good. adham and kareem offered friendly service there. i also found a nice selection of food.
The reception staff was not attentive. I sometimes waited a long time. the room seemed somewhat tired. I noticed calcified shower fixtures.

the pool was good for swimming. the yellow watermelon and seafood pizza tasted amazing. the people were friendly. i felt happy with my friends, i hope to visit again soon.
the carpet looked very dirty. i noticed stains everywhere in the room.
