The room was a good size for a one night business trip, and it was quiet.

The air conditioning did not work during my entire stay, though I reported it to the reception. No one came to look at it. They offered a fan, but the room was still 30 degrees Celsius, even at night. The hotel claimed to be full, so I could not change rooms.

I appreciated the smooth check-in process and the helpful information provided about dining options. The staff were accommodating to my requests, especially fenny and sam! they are professionals. this hotel included a convenient parking lot and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The sound isolation was not great. I heard details through the wall. The facilities and furniture were quite old.
