helpful staff was so great good food
the staff was helpful and the room was so good. public transport is very accessible from the location. the food was also really good, we loved it.

missing coffee maker no iron
the staff was very helpful.
My room lacked basic amenities. there was no coffee maker provided. A small bottle of water cost 3.50 euros. also, there was no iron available.

Underwhelming stay. Issues with noise and comfort
noise insulation uncomfortable pillows
Honestly, i was pretty annoyed. the noise insulation was a joke. I could hear everything. also, the pillows reminded me of they were filled with cotton balls, super uncomfortable. i expected more from this place, especially considering what i paid. i probably won't book here again.
