mixed feelings about this stay

missing soap noisy street

I found some issues . the room lacked a bedside light, i only had overhead lighting, it was too bright. the windows weren't double glazed. The street noise was noticeable. there was no soap in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. the tap in the bathroom was loose and dispensed only very hot water.

The bed was very comfortable. the room was clean. This was important to me. i liked the free coffee and pastry each morning across the street.

The room had good amenities. I found lovely shower products there. The hotel has a partnership with a coffee shop across the road and the coffee was delicious.

The location was convenient. The staff was helpful with directions. The room was clean. The shower had good water pressure, WHICH i REALLY liked.

The stairs were quite narrow. It made carrying my luggage difficult. My room lacked air conditioning. It was a bit warm, especially during the day. Also there was no elevator.

Excellent Stay!

I was allowed to leave my luggage early. Staff carried it to my room. The location felt safe. Free breakfast and coffee from the cafe next door was a really nice bonus. The coffee was AMAZING!!!

The complimentary water was not refilled , and the tea and coffee setup was basic.
