The location was acceptable.

The staircase was narrow, difficult to carry luggage. The online check-in did NOT work. The cafe only opened at 9, so i could not get breakfast earlier.

missing soapnoisy street

I found some issues . the room lacked a bedside light, i only had overhead lighting, it was too bright. the windows weren't double glazed. The street noise was noticeable. there was no soap in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. the tap in the bathroom was loose and dispensed only very hot water.

The location was convenient. The staff was helpful with directions. The room was clean. The shower had good water pressure, WHICH i REALLY liked.

The stairs were quite narrow. It made carrying my luggage difficult. My room lacked air conditioning. It was a bit warm, especially during the day.

I was allowed to leave my luggage early. Staff carried it to my room. The location felt safe. Free breakfast and coffee from the cafe next door was a really nice bonus. The coffee was AMAZING!!!

The complimentary water was not refilled , and the tea and coffee setup was basic.
