Hotel Prinsenhof Amsterdam is appreciated for its location, near the Prinsengracht tram line 7, offering convenient access to the city center. Guests often enjoy canal views from their rooms, some noting that reaching them requires climbing some steps, adding a unique touch. some issues

good locationheating systemsmall refund
the location was good , right by tram line 7 prinsengracht stop.
the heating system didn't work properly , which was quite uncomfortable. the staff continuously tried to fix it , but they were unable to do so . they did refund us a small bit of our money , but it didn't fully compensate for the discomfort.

canal-side charm, very happy!

excellent locationcute vibespacious roomhelpful assistance
I was charmed by the location. It's excellent. a tram stops just steps from the hotel. the neighborhood felt safe and had a cute vibe, right along a canal. the room was spacious and very clean too. the staff helped me with my luggage. I appreciated that assistance.
The stairs were a little steep, made carrying a large suitcase a bit difficult. I had to be careful. the hotel got quiet late at night, so you won't get annoyed by noise.
