the room included a kettle and coffee pod machine. staff provided very helpful service. free parking was available, a definite plus. the hotel had great transport links to both the city centre and amsterdam.

the shower sewer was blocked before i entered the room.

The breakfast buffet HAD so many options. I especially liked the fresh fruit and juice selection. The hotel also provided free parking which WAS super convenient, as I drove in. The location made it easy to walk to the city center.

The air conditioning in my room DID NOT work. The receptionist only said, "that's annoying," when I mentioned it. I also found the pillows too thick and uncomfortable (a thinner option would be great!). The shower drain was clogged with hair when I checked in.

I found the staff at reception and the bar to be fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful . The breakfast had great variety and the quality was quite high.

The electric car charging was problematic. There were only Tesla chargers I could not use. This was inconvenient since I specifically chose this place for its charging amenities.

Staff members were professional and always available when needed. I asked for extra towels and they arrived in less than fifteen minutes. I found the responsiveness of the service amazing.

The hotel has a large free car park. This made arrival simple. A gym is also available with treadmills and weights. The hotel's interior spaces looked new and elegant!
