rude staff lack of cleanliness

The location was great, close to Museum Square and a few minutes walk from the center. Also the room had a comfortable bed and balcony.

I found the hotel staff to be disappointing. They were rude and unhelpful, failing to address requests. The room was not cleaned once until the final day of my stay. I also found a discrepancy between the room I was allocated and the description. My room on the -1 floor lacked a safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, and coffee machine.
