The location was pretty good. It was next to a market. a tram stop was close, and it took only ten minutes to get to the centre. the breakfast selection was quite good I thought.
the taxi driver dropped us at ibis style amsterdam city, not amstel. he didn't bother to help us carry the bags though we were partially disabled. the staff ladies were very helpful to move us to the correct hotel.

The location was quiet. it allowed convenient access to city areas. staff members were helpful and polite. they assisted guests with a professional demeanor. the room was clean and organized. It provided a functional space.
aged decor seemed not as well maintained. the shower drain was clogged, and the sink drain was fully blocked. maintenance issues could have been addressed more promptly.

clean facilitiesfriendly staff
the location is excellent it is near a market and the tram runs to the center in ten minutes getting to the hotel from the airport was easy clean facilities and a good breakfast selection were available. the staff were also very friendly always ensuring i had a good time
the air conditioning stopped working on the second day
