The reception staff was quite friendly. I found the location excellent for accessing museums and public transport. The common room included board games (a nice touch). The shared bathrooms were clean and spacious, a definite plus.

The stairs for the upper capsule were a bit steep, making climbing somewhat inconvenient (especially with luggage).
