the staff seemed lovely and the shared bathrooms were very great. air conditioning in the capsule was so nice, i love it. the beds were comfy too, what a pleasure.

it would be better if the capsule were just a little larger.

Innovative and Comfortable Capsule Stay

friendly staff excellent location spacious bathrooms clean facilities

The reception staff was quite friendly. I found the location excellent for accessing museums and public transport. The common room included board games (a nice touch). The shared bathrooms were clean and spacious, a definite plus.

The stairs for the upper capsule were a bit steep, making climbing somewhat inconvenient (especially with luggage).

The capsule had thoughtful design including privacy curtains. Mood lighting was available as well. High-speed wi-fi functioned reliably (I appreciated this for planning my itinerary).
