friendly staff clean room central location broken tv unresolved issue lack of repair

I found the staff friendly. The room was clean. I also appreciated the central location as it was close to many locations including the Nine Streets and Anne Frank's house.

The TV in the room did not work. I reported it on the first day. it was not repaired.

dirty bathroom smoking staff

the location was convenient to public transport.

The room was not very clean. i saw hairs from previous guests on the bathroom wall. additionally, staff smoked outside our room in the morning. This made our room stink.

the staff was really helpful. breakfast was pretty good too.

the rooms were old. i saw carpets with stains on the floor. there was an old ceiling that even had spider webs at some points. the soundproofing of the hotel was terrible.
