A charming stay in the heart of it all

amazing kindness lovely balcony central location

The staff showed amazing kindness.. their recommendations for local dining and hidden bars enhanced our experience. our room included a lovely balcony, a perfect spot to enjoy the vibrant city atmosphere. we loved spending time there in the evening. the central location really eased our exploration. Everything felt so close and accessible.

the stairs posed a slight challenge, particularly after long days of sightseeing, but we considered it part of the experience.

surprisingly good stay!

adequate room unbeatable location helpful staff

i had a twin room, and it was quite adequate for my needs. the location is unbeatable for getting around. the staff was helpful with directions, and that was appreciated.

the stairs were steep, but i managed okay.

Several restaurants are very close. I saw italian, thai, and local options within a minute's walk. breakfast service in the hotel begins early. I believe it's 7 am, a real benefit for early risers. the coffee machine in reception is a convenient, though paid, amenity.

extra payment steep staircase

the location was acceptable. it was close to the things i wanted to see.

the hotel really disappointed me. there was no kettle in the room and i had to pay extra for coffee. the staircase was also a nightmare, really steep.

friendly staff ideal location nice balcony

the staff were very friendly and helpful they always helped me with directions. the location was ideal being so close to many attractions. i also appreciated the balcony with a view it added a nice touch to the room.

the stairs were a bit steep but that is expected.

misleading photos steep stairs

the photos of the room were a bit misleading. it looked much smaller in person than i expected. also, there were no lifts. i wish this had been advertised beforehand. the stairs made it difficult to move my luggage.
