The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent (ideal for museum visits). My room was also very clean and quite spacious.

My room lacked air conditioning, and it was very hot after showering. The shower only had an overhead nozzle, not a handheld option. This meant my hair got wet every time I showered.

the location was great for seeing the museums I wanted to visit it was very convenient

the room was not clean on arrival I found hair all over the floor and even on the bed the sheets also had stains this lack of cleanliness affected my overall experience the bed was uncomfortable with noticeable sagging in the middle
