The canal views from the room provided a peaceful backdrop. I loved watching the boats glide by each morning! The location proved convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. I found the staff helpful with luggage storage after check-out. It let me explore the city a bit more freely.

The bathroom ventilation was not ideal.

The room was neat with a comfortable bed, and the water pressure in the shower was very good. I appreciated this detail after a long day! Cialde for coffee and a kettle were available. It allowed me to start my mornings with a warm drink.

convenient location luggage storage

The location was very convenient, close to the train station. This made getting around quite easy! The room had nice amenities. I was also pleased with the luggage storage after I checked out. This allowed me to explore without my bags.

The bed mattress was too soft for me, It was difficult to get comfortable and I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked.

friendly staff daily housekeeping fantastic location small room ground floor busy street

the staff were very friendly, they always wanted to give good recommendations. the bedroom and bathroom were clean, the housekeeping cleaned daily. the location, is fantastic, right by the canal and near to the main train station. china town is also close by, there is great food.

our room were very small, it was located on ground floor next to a busy street. lots of traffic made it hard to sleep there, people were outside until late at night. the bed was beside a big window.

small room missing slippers

the room i had was far from satisfactory. there was a lack of space to move around freely. i found no designated area to place my suitcase. furthermore, the absence of slippers was a clear oversight.
