the location was excellent, right next to the metro and tram lines. reaching the central station took a short walk. the canal nearby had cafes and shops. the reception offered free tea and coffee all day.

The room i stayed in had no storage space for my belongings. There were only a few hangers available.

the location was great , near many things.

the room i had was small and quite different from the photos i saw online , they was much more spacious. i stayed in a room meant for three people on the third floor , and there was hardly any room to move around the beds. the beds were also unusually narrow , smaller than normal single beds , which was not very comfortable.

The location proved very handy. I could easily access many attractions. Trams are right outside, made getting around simple. I also appreciated the free coffee in the reception area. It was a nice perk.

The stairs were rather steep, a bit challenging with my luggage. It would be difficult with mobility issues. There was no lift available. I hope they will have elevators in the future!

The hotel sits close to the city centre! it made it easy to get around to the places i wanted to see. the staff was really kind and helpful. They offered to keep my luggage after checkout so i could explore a bit more.

i found the staff genuinely attentive they addressed requests promptly and politely i appreciated the option to store my luggage both before check in and after check out this service made my travel arrangements much easier i could explore the city without worrying about my bags the central location allowed simple access to many attractions.

the room size was compact though adequate for a short stay i wished for more space for luggage and movement but it was manageable

The location proved very convenient to the train terminal. I liked the coffee machine in the lobby that was available for use at any hour. The staff offered helpful recommendations and tips.

The room felt cramped because there were zero surfaces to put any of my stuff down on in the bedroom. I ended up doing everything on the floor. The pillows were dirty too.
