The staff were helpful and friendly. Maximillian arranged a taxi for my trip. My room was a most convenient twin. I had a separate room within the whole room.
A hotel WITHOUT a heating system is unacceptable. It was one of the worst nights. The old heater in my room had its last safety check in 2019. Dangerous stairs were ALSO an issue.

ample spacecalm environment
the hotel offered parking on the premises, a convenient feature. i found the triple loft to be beautifully furnished and spacious with two bedrooms and a calm environment.
the heating system was a bit difficult to manage in the room

the room was spacious and clean the lovely courtyard was a highlight i stayed in august with my grown children i would definitely return the staff was friendly and helpful
the lighting was poor it was badly thought and positioned i could not turn any lights on or off from the bed there were no proper lights in the kitchen area there were no instructions on how to use the multi function oven the hob was a real pain
