The room was so COLD. And quite noisy. wifi was very slow. the reception staff were not helpful and didn't add our breakfast as requested, which ended in an angry waiter demanding we leave breakfast to be sorted at reception! the duty manager was NO help and did not apologise for the staff's behaviour, or the bad customer service.

the hotel had a very well-kept hotel. I found the lobby cute, and the terrace provided a lovely spot to relax, i particularly enjoyed that. the restaurant had excellent service with friendly, professional staff, so a big compliment to the restaurant team.

the room was somewhat noisy, so doors in the hallway were clearly Audible.

the BREAKFAST was amazing with a huge selection of high quality food. the bar service was also of good quality with various drinks and snacks. I REALLY enjoyed that.
