the location IS great and the staff were very attentive. our room was very clean. it provided a serene atmosphere. The very comfortable mattress guaranteed a good night's rest, and i appreciated this greatly.
the room itself is okay for what you pay. the tv IN the room is not a smart tv. it only has dutch speaking channels. i wish there was something else to view.

My room wasnt clean. i found hairs in the bathroom and the shower drain was clogged. the noise at night was terrible. I could hear everything outside.

The hotel location was close to the city center and public transport. I AM appreciative of the friendly staff I interacted with . The cleanliness of the room met my expectations. It was quite tidy. The staff was efficient with all requests.
The room size could have been larger for optimal comfort.

the room was very clean, i noticed that the location was central and quiet. i enjoyed private parking, a real gift in the city. the staff was also very kind. a lovely breakfast was also available.
i found very slight splash marks in the bathroom, just little details really.

the location is alright. it's close to the center, i guess.
the room wasn't cleaned even though i left the sign on the door requesting this. also the tv in the room didn't work and the kettle leaked quite heavily. i'm not sure what i paid for.
