Nova Apartments Amsterdam offers apartments in a historic, four-story 19th-century building. Each apartment includes a kitchen with a dishwasher, combined oven and microwave, electric hotplate with cooker hood, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and electric kettle. The apartments feature wireless internet, LCD TVs, ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. Tea and coffee facilities are also provided. Guests use an envelope with their name on it, containing the key card and apartment information, to open their door. Studio features include a bathroom, kitchen, and seating area. The double bed is 140 cm wide, suitable for one or two adults, and no extra beds are available for studios. Apartments, larger than studios, offer separate living and sleeping areas with a large double bed suitable for two adults; a baby cot can be added for free. Suites have one living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Suites include a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a private entrance, a tea and coffee maker, and a seating area.
