Ideal Location, Secure Access

The hotel features excellent tram service close by. The subway is a short walk. I found a wonderful breakfast restaurant close to the hotel. I also walked to the Central Station area most days, it was a great way to explore. I liked the atmosphere in Warsteiner Bar, I visited for drinks a couple of times.

The hotel did not offer luggage storage after checkout.

The electronic key access provided great security. I entered the hotel and my room with a QR code. An elevator was available for easy access to upper floors. This feature was much more secure than room keys.

A breakfast restaurant is only a few yards from the hotel. An excellent restaurant attached to the zoo is across the road. I sat and watched the birds. The flamingoes offered a beautiful view.

the location was excellent close to many amenities. i found a breakfast place called box sociaal nearby i recommend it. the number 14 tram stops across from the hotel it was simple to get into the city center. the qr code system worked without issues

the shower pressure was not great i felt it needed repair. there were only two small pans available in the cooking facilities. i noticed a lack of washing up liquid or cloths provided and only one pillow per person

i loved our Suite, it was a GREAT size for us. The little kitchen HAD everything needed for the nights. I loved the SUPERMARKET was really close for snack refills.

The location was close to a tram stop providing easy access to the city center.

The QR code entry system was a constant source of frustration. It rarely worked, requiring multiple attempts to enter the building. the room had a noticeable odor of cigarette smoke and I found the floor was unclean. I requested a refund but the hotel refused so I was charged for the first night.

The studio was very spacious with a good use of space. It also had all the amenities I needed. The location is great. I also like that there is dishes, robes and slippers .
