Acceptable, yet Problematic Stay

The location was close to a tram stop providing easy access to the city center.

The QR code entry system was a constant source of frustration. It rarely worked, requiring multiple attempts to enter the building. the room had a noticeable odor of cigarette smoke and I found the floor was unclean. I requested a refund but the hotel refused so I was charged for the first night.

The studio was very spacious with a good use of space. It also had all the amenities I needed. The location is great. I also like that there is dishes, robes and slippers .

WiFi in my room was not working and there is no reception at night.
