The staff was really friendly and helpful. the location was superb. I could easily reach most main attractions by walking. breakfast included fresh orange juice, various pastries, and a selection of cheese and meats. a LITTLE gift was given when i checked out, REALLY showing their appreciation.
rooms do not have air conditioning, so checking availability beforehand is recommended.

The breakfast was extensive. It included fresh pastries, cheeses, meats, and yogurt parfaits. I appreciated the staff's helpful suggestions for local attractions. They really knew the area. The hotel also offered a convenient cafe, and billing to my room was available. Checkout even included a gift of Delftware coasters
The hallways are small, the building is compact, and it felt a bit confined sometimes.

My room included a welcome bottle of wine. The cleanliness was excellent (I always check!). Breakfast was quite good overlooking the channel, with a variety of choices available.

The hotel had such a unique design. I adored the attention to detail. breakfast was AMAZING!!! They shared their love for the city, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. i really appreciated their genuine warmth and cute attitude.
The hallways felt a little narrow. It was not a major issue for me.

the location was amazing. i just loved how central it was, yet still felt safe! the room was cozy, though a tad small for all our luggage.. it was only a short stay, so we totally managed. i am already craving those delicious sandwiches from downstairs.. oh my gosh!
