Nice Stay Near the Station

I was very happy with the convenient location. It was directly across from the central station. The staff surprised me with balloons and a bottle of cava for my birthday, as I was celebrating. I certainly felt very appreciated.

I did not receive the room that I booked. The photos did not match the actual space. This was disappointing considering the expense.

the staff was warm and helpful at check-in. the room was super clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. i found nice towels and quality toiletries provided. housekeeping kept everything fresh each day.
