Really good Amenities and Service

spacious room steam shower complimentary snacks

The room was spacious. I particularly enjoyed the steam shower (it felt very refreshing). The complimentary snacks and drinks were a great touch and very appreciated.

Average Stay, Noise and Cleanliness Issues

dirty glasses cafe noise

I stayed in Suite Octopus. The jacuzzi barely produced bubbles. It was not relaxing. The rain shower needed descaling and did not function well. I found dirty glasses in the cabinet and debris under the sofa. Noise from nearby cafes made sleep difficult, even with earplugs.

The room included free snacks and beverages, a nice touch. The reception staff was friendly. The shower was large and powerful. It was very clean.

convenient location comfy bed complimentary drinks peeling paint glued wallpaper mold shower

the location is very convenient. it is close to shops and restaurants. the bed in the room was comfy. complimentary drinks and snacks were provided.

the room finishing was not good. paint was peeling off the walls. the wallpaper was not properly glued and there was a lot of mold under the bench in the turkish steam shower. all the soap in the shower was finished.

friendly staff free drinks small hotel limited selection

The staff are very friendly and give good information on the area. I likes the free drinks in the fridge. Snacks in the hall are also a nice touch.

I think the picture used to advertise the hotel is misleading. The hotel is very small though and there is no breakfast room. Breakfast is delivered to the room only. The selection is limited this way.

friendly staff welcome surprise

the staff was friendly and helpful the room was very spacious i had a great bathroom there were some complimentary extras such as snacks water and minibar those were a very welcome surprise the breakfast was tasty and plentiful it kept me going past lunchtime
