the staff was polite. that IS adequate.

the room was small and was quite worn. the tv was old, and it sat awkwardly on a stand at the foot of the bed. i also found the kettle platform required moving it to the floor for use because there was no outlet nearby. this arrangement felt inconvenient AND unsafe.

The room was clean when I get there and the bathroom was also clean. The pillow and the blanket are clean too and it was a great experience overall. I like how the hotel is maintained generally and that the staff are helpful with anything that I need.

The patio room is not an outside patio and the glass doors face a corridor. You can see into another room there. I have to keep the curtain closed all the time for privacy.

Hotel is in a good spot and there's short bus and tram rides to the city center. There are also a couple nice bars close by too.

The standard twin room I stayed in was spacious. I like the fact that there is a bath and a shower. There are two mirrors and sinks and this is great for big room.

The reception operates 24 hours a day, a very helpful feature for late arrivals. one staff member working at 11 pm onward was particularly nice. i found the location good with easy access to public transport. A bus stop was only a short walk away.

The room was not very clean. I noticed some dust. the toilet seat in the bathroom was also broken.
