Super clean and Convenient Stay!

The staff were so lovely and cute. I found the hotel impressively super clean! It has a nice lounge area on the bottom floor. The location is great. It is near shops and restaurants.
My room was not the best, it was a small economy double room. I found out that it had no windows.

surprisingly super clean stay

super clean cleanliness ideal location helpful staff
i found the hotel clean for its rating the location was ideal near shops and restaurants public transport was very accessible it was a pleasant surprise to find such convenience i particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff they were always eager to assist with directions and recommendations
the noise from adjacent rooms was quite noticeable this made it difficult to fully relax in the evenings i believe improved soundproofing would greatly enhance the guest experience

although the hotel did not feature on-site dining options numerous restaurants and cafes are very close a wide selection of cuisines are accessible within a short walk allowing convenient meal options

the staff provided cute and efficient service throughout my stay assistance with luggage storage and local directions was readily available the team were consistently polite and proactive in addressing needs

small room bad insulation
the location was acceptable i suppose close to a tram stop
the room i got was small it was hard to move around even with just a suitcase i certainly couldn't open it fully the bathroom reminded me of a cupboard it was so cramped also the noise insulation was bad i heard everything from the hallway and other rooms

mixed feelings about the stay

cramped bathroom small room
the staff were friendly enough, i will say that.
The room was smaller than expected. there was barely any space to move around, i felt quite claustrophobic. the bathroom was especially cramped. I could barely turn around in it. definitely impacted my overall experience negatively.

the location proved very convenient. it was close to many attractions. i found a lounge area on the ground floor. i thought that was pretty GREAT.
My room was quite small. It restricted movement. noise from outside was quite loud. i noticed this extended late into the night, unfortunately. there was no air conditioning in the room.
