spacious rooms central location convenient tram
The location suited my needs very well. The rooms were spacious considering its location in the heart of the city. There was a major tram stop very close (it made getting around so easy). I also liked the presence of many great restaurants nearby.
The hall carpet had some stains and the hallways did not have a perfectly clean feel.

underwhelming stay

clogged shower drain relentless street noise
the staff was indeed friendly, a point i can't argue with.
The room was just not up to par. the shower drain was clogged, so water pooled around my feet, pretty gross. and to top it off, the noise from the street was relentless all night. I barely slept.

Excellent Canal-Side Stay

convenient tram pleasant representative canal view
The location provided easy access to museums via convenient tram lines. Check-in was simple, and the representative at the desk was very pleasant. My room featured a lovely view of the canal with an excellent sunrise view in the morning.
The building looked old and there was no assistance provided with luggage. The passage to my room was narrow and the elevator was small. I had to carry luggage up the stairs initially.

convenient location helpful staff clean room faulty air conditioner loud device shower problem
the location was very convenient for me. it was close to many attractions. sebastian at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. the room was very comfy and tidy.
the air conditioner did not cool the room adequately. instead, a VERY loud cooling device was available. i think facilities like proper air conditioning should function when paying the price. there was also a shower problem.
