the staff were really friendly and kind. they go out of their way to do whatever you need. the location is amazing, it's right next to a park, a tram station and grocery store. the stairs are a little uncomfortable to climb, but the staff carried my heavy bag all the way up and down.

our room wasn't serviced at all. we were told that we wouldn't be disturbed, but i didn't realise that the room wouldn't be made up at all during the day! our room would not have suited anybody with mobility problems, because the stairs were steep. i could hear everything happening next door and outside my room.
