The staff was friendly and very helpful, i found it very easy to get assistance. the bus stop outside made travel simple! the breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices. I found something i liked every morning. the room was clean, and the bed offered a great night's sleep.

i noticed a slight delay during the initial check-in process, it wasn't too bad, though.

I found the staff to be helpful and cute at all times. The hotel offered convenient access to public transportation with a bus stop nearby. I appreciated the room service. It was prompt and the food was tasty. The hotel design features modern art (that I found quite inspiring).

The elevator was a bit slow during peak hours. I sometimes opted for the stairs.

the staff was polite and spoke english, so communication was easy.

The air conditioning did not work. It was really hot in the room. breakfast service ended early. Many products were gone after 9 a.m. i also found the service at the bar inadequate.
