the room was clean and the bus stop to the city center was really close.

I had a room with a terrace, but it was quite disappointing (to put it mildly). another guest even managed to access my room with their key card one night. The staff's response was less than reassuring, and i felt unsafe for the rest of my stay, so i made excessive use of the in-room safe.

The room felt quite impersonal. the minibar was empty upon my arrival. I found this unacceptable. a functional minibar should be standard for a hotel of this supposed caliber. this diminished the overall experience i was anticipating.
