The location was convenient. It was close to the artis zoo. there was a tram station right outside, it provided quick access to centraal station. i also appreciated the digital key system, it simplified check-in, though the wifi was poor. fresh towels arrived daily. I found that very convenient.
The hallways had an unpleasant odor. I think it smelled like sewage. the absence of staff at the reception made it difficult to address immediate concerns. i wished they had an iron.

the location was fantastic, near many coffee shops. public transport was very accessible from here. the staff were really friendly and helpful. rooms were big and clean, too.
i noticed a very slight sewage smell in the bathroom at times.

Convenient Stay Near Artis Zoo

The location is pretty good. It is in front of the Artis zoo and near the university. A tram station sits in front of the place. It takes you to the centraal station plus Dam square in only ten minutes. You can walk to another tram station near the University in eight minutes if you prefer to visit Museumplein.
The hallway had a sewage stink. The place seemed a little dirty.

The tram station was very close. The location is great, close to many key attractions. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room. It was very useful. The high ceiling in my room added to the spacious feel.
Water pressure in the shower was a little low.
