the staff were very friendly and cute i got settled into a lovely room quickly the soft towels in the room were amazing and very clean the hot shower was also excellent i found the breakfast to be very filling and satisfying
i did find the parking to be a little expensive before 6pm

i found an unexpected four poster bed, very comfortable. the room included a tv and tea making facilities. the cooked breakfast was excellent. the bathroom was super clean and modern (i was very pleased).
during my stay, i noticed no replenishment of any room consumables. beverages and toiletries were not restocked, and bins were not emptied.

The location was very central, convenient. breakfast included a full english and cereals. Coffee and tea came from a machine. the staff were friendly. i found them quite helpful.
the room i had, the beautiful double room, was quite small compared to the photos i saw online. also there was no evening meal available! after asking about it. i didn't receive the call i was promised after complaining.
