The hotel's proximity to the railway station made travel convenient. The staff were very helpful, giving clear directions. The breakfast offered a great selection to start the day. I found the log fire in the entrance area particularly cute after a day exploring.
The wifi signal in my room was occasionally weak.

The room was clean, warm, and provided ample space to relax after a long day. I noticed the bed had wonderfully soft linens and plump pillows, ensuring a restful night. The bathroom included fresh towels, and toiletries were also provided.

The staff provided quick and efficient service . The manager greeted guests upon arrival and also at departure. The waiting staff in the dining room provided attentive service, being quick to respond to requests.

The hotel provided a roaring fire in the entrance, a welcome sight after being out in the snow. There was a wide variety of food to choose from on the menu. It was all delicious. I also appreciated the New Year's Eve celebrations, a magical event!!!

my partner and i found the real fire in the entrance very cute after a day out in the snow. our room included a large comfortable bed ensuring a good night's sleep. the new bathroom had a wonderful rainfall shower. The staff offered a warm welcome.
the hotel is a bit old. the decor needs some updating, it felt a little dated.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel provided convenient parking with ample space. i found the modern bathroom in my room to be a nice feature. the beer garden offered a pleasant spot to relax during the hot weekend.
the bed creaked loudly with movement! it reminded me of my head was lower than my feet. this definitely impacted my sleep quality and overall comfort during the night.
