Acceptable but Mattress Needs Improvement
sagging mattressdirty window ledges
The mattress was really bad. I think it sagged significantly in the middle. A dead insect hung from the towel rail in the bathroom, not something I liked to see. Window ledges was to have been neglected during cleaning. They were quite dirty. These issues affected the quality of my stay.

the bed sagged. i woke up with a backache. also a lightbulb in the bathroom was out. made shaving difficult in the dim light. this place needs some maintenance.

The room was a nice size. I found it clean. The staff allowed a slightly later check-out. I was grateful for that.
The bed felt quite hard. I had a restless sleep. The soundproofing was not great. I could hear noise from the hallway. The room lacked a safe. I felt slightly uneasy about that.

poor mattressmusty odor
The mattress was poor. I woke with an aching back. the shared bathroom had a noticeable musty odor, and i observed some broken tiles. i believe maintenance is needed to address these issues promptly, though the price was reasonable.
