Basic stay with some issues.

unstable furniture cracked socket

The room had some significant shortcomings. The furniture provided for clothing storage was a temporary setup and lacked a backing. This made it too unstable to hold much. The portable fan was missing screws. It fell apart when I tried to move it. One of the plug sockets was poorly fitted and cracked, moreover the corridor light was on all night, shining into the room around the door.

fantastic budget stay!

convenient location friendly staff retail outlets

i really enjoyed my visit. the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially afaq and nanda! the location near the motorway was super convenient. and tesco, boots, and aldi so close was a big bonus.

the additional charge for parking felt a bit much. it definitely increased the overall cost of my visit. maybe a small discount or inclusive rate could be an option.

dirty bathroom grubby room

I had booked a Standard Double Room. The room and bathroom WERE NOT clean. There was writing on the wall. It seemed very grubby and dingy.

cheeky snacks helpful staff

staff offered cheeky snacks to my children on arrival it was very thoughtful. anthony moved furniture around in our room i really appreciated it. aleena at the front desk was great she assisted with everything efficiently and kindly.

i noticed the rooms lack a refrigerator. a small fridge would be very helpful for keeping drinks and snacks cool particularly during warm weather.

friendly staff comfortable bed lovely bakery

The staff was really friendly and helpful . They took care of all my needs. The beds were comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. The location is perfect. There is a lovely chip shop and a bakery just around the corner.

I had everything I needed in the rooms. There were plenty of clean, white towels and good quality toilet paper provided. I could help myself to replenish my tea, coffee, etc, in my room from the reception desk.
