Malvern View is near Cleeve Common and the Cotswold Way for walks. The back gate leads to views of Cheltenham and the Malvern Hills. Batsford Arboretum, Berkeley Castle, Cheltenham Racecourse, and the Forest of Dean are nearby.

Malvern View is on Cleeve Hill, opposite Post Office Lane, GL52 3PR, 15 km from Gloucestershire. It is located on the B4632 between Prestbury and Winchcombe. Taxi services are available. A bus service from Winchcombe to Cheltenham passes by the property.
