The location was really convenient. the oceanografic aquarium was right across the street. breakfast included a variety of fresh options each morning. The food tasted good. the room had daily cleaning service. This kept the space fresh.
the tv offered only spanish channels. i was unable to change the language to english.

the hotel's location is great.. the city of arts and sciences is very close. a large shopping center is connected to the hotel, offering various dining options. i appreciated the accessibility features in my double or twin room, especially helpful with reduced mobility.
housekeeping opened my door without knocking early one morning. i trust this was accidental, but it was disruptive and unsettling.

I found bus stops very close. Numbers 35, 94, and 99. the first two took me right into the old city, and the last went to the zoo and malvarrosa beach. the staff was helpful. They spoke english so well.
The bathroom door was a bit odd. It was a sliding door that covered the light switch.
