The hotel location is great it's right on the beach boardwalk. i found a taxi stop right outside the hotel. This was convenient. our room was spacious with an ocean view which was beautiful. the cleanliness and decoration of the rooms were very nice

i found the rooms very small it wasn't good value for money. the bedding and pillows were awful. i noticed the bathroom floor had not been properly washed.
